New Industry Circular covering alternating premises for brewers

TTB provides detailed guidance to brewers who wish to produce alcoholic malt beverages as an "alternating proprietor." The Agency's policies are more clearly defined as to "host" and "tenant" brewer responsiblities to qualify at the production facility, and a deadline of September 1, 2006 is set for all brewers to resubmit an application to alternate.
